Hello GPAC members,
August 21st is this years annual yard sale. Historically, this one day event has yeilded profits of approximatley $1,000! It's a fantastic event that doesn't cost us anything.
Each year, we ask our members to donate their "unwanted" household items to us and we will sell them at the yard sale. If they aren't sold, then we donate them to charity so it's a win-win situation. So if you can take a look around your house or garage and drop off anything that you don't need or want, we would so greatly appreciate it.
We don't accept any large electronics, computer monitors or magazines, as these usually don't sell and disposing of them is very difficult.
You can drop off your goods anytime after August 13th, at 4 Clysdale Drive, Dartmouth. If no one is home, just drop it off behind our gate and we'll put it in our basement when we return.
If you're coming from Halifax, take the MacDonald Bridge, and then take exit 7E onto Portland Street, towards Cole Harbour. After the lights at Superstore, take your first left onto Jersey Drive and your first right onto Clysdale. We are the first driveway on your right.
Please, tell your friends and family that they can donate or just attend our yard sale. All help is greatly appreciated.
